Yep, I totally agree. He would be stupid to make *any* comment (statement) from both a criminal standpoint and a civil standpoint.
I agree also. Unfortunately Tony was the guy that hit Ward. The guy right ahead of him almost did. This will be all about a big lawsuit payment in our misguided court system. This would not have happened had Ward stayed with his car instead of dodging traffic on a darkened race track to display his displeasure about making contact with Stewarts car. IMO this was a tragic accident caused by a bad decision. I have seen drivers do the same thing in Sprint cup, Nationwide, and local tracks. Nascar has taken the correct action in enforcing a rule that has been in existence all along. Hopefully other racing venues will do the same thing. I enjoy racing and hate seeing people get injured.
