Weren't they working on a new class for the Mustang/Camaro/Challenger?

It is the Marines, Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen who salute the flag, who serve beneath the flag, and who's coffins are draped by the flag, that allow the protester to burn the flag.
I'm not a Shelby guy, I'm not a Mustang guy, I'm not a Camaro or Chevy guy, and I'm not a Dodge guy. I'm a car guy. I don't care what the fender says, if it looks cool, is fast and fun to drive, It can be called a Poo-master 1000 for all I care. I'll still like it.

" Of the four manufacturers currently racing in the series, only Toyota has announced its model for the Nationwide new car, the Camry that currently races in both the Sprint Cup and Nationwide series. The new car type would include Chevrolet's new Camaro, Ford's Mustang and Dodge's new Challenger.
"NASCAR was looking for a pony car, or a car that's different than what we have on the Cup Series," said Laerte Zatta, Toyota program manager for the Craftsman Truck and Nationwide series."
Prototype testing begins for new Nationwide racecar

I have been following the Petty's since the 70's. First Riichard, then Kyle and was waiting on Adam until his accident in 2000. Last year Robbie Loomis and Boston Ventures kicked KP to the curb and now he is left without a ride. So, I'm searching for someone to follow...maybe AJ

Yes, for the Nation Wide Series.
As it stands now, Cars in both theNation Wide and Sprint Cup Series are very very very close in all aspects. There is many Sprint Cup Drivers driving in the Nation Wide Series just to get the upper hand in the Sprint Cup Series by taking what they have learned about Track conditions and Car Set Up. Nascar wants to change that. By using the Pony Cars, everything will be different and the Drivers wont be able to use the information on their Sprint Cup Cars. I think Chevy is holding things up because they keep pushing back production on the Camaro.
