If i made a plate to adapt the stock gt500 blowerfor the 5.4 to my GT 4.6. what other things would i need to make it work.

you'll be dumping more money into it that what its worth compared to buying a complete s/c kit desgined for your car. fabbing up an intake manifold is the big big issue. you'll then need to throw in pullies, fuel pump, injectors, intercooler, piping, tubing, nuts, bolts there's so much to make your head spin! just buy a complete s/c kit
