During my Cobra research I came across this very cool and very modern Cobra inspired car - the DRB 540. The designer took heavy inspiration from the concept Ford should have built. Ford, are you listening?! Anyway, check out the site and article. There is a USA based shop, but I don't know how the availability of Falcon parts would be. I added a poll just for fun.
