I came across this GT350 and noticed is has a large bar protruding from the front bumper. It looks like a push bar or a tow bar. Does anyone know what this is, or what it's used for?

I'm guessing it's an jack point for an overcenter jackin bar. Kind of like they use in F1. Could be for a tow bar also though I don't think so. Wish I had a couple of indy cars hanging from my garage wall.
