We have scheduled this to be the end to our wonderful two week drive, and what an ending it should be!! This will be our 5th Shelbyfest and for anyone who has never been here, don't be afraid to bring your significant other!  While the car show is going on there is a trolley that picks people up and takes them on a tour of the wineries in the area, the women love it!! Keeps us all happy if you know what I mean??!

I know today is the last day to get your registrations in especially for the zipline. If you still want to go on the zipline, fill out the registration form and e-mail it to info@shelbyfest.net and denote on the form your method of payment. If you are sending a check, list it on the form then send in your check. Cut-off time will be 6PM tomorrow, April 12th. We need a little time to process the information and to notify the zipline company Friday morning.

Can you view the zip line if you do not want to participate?  We may be coming in on Thursday night

Emailed mine and paid via paypal last Friday.  Are you guys emailing to verify receipt at all?

You can only see the beginning of the zipline area.

We will be sending out confirmations again next week. We do a bulk mailing of confirmations.

Three of us are driving (3 car caravan) in from Michigan and will arrive on Friday.  We plan on registering upon arrival.

Things are starting to get crazy busy at Shelbyfest. I think all of you will love this years show. There are many improvements to the show especially the behind the scenes that not many of you don't see. I will try to get back to this thread as often as I can but please be patient, it will be busy for us.

Is ShelbyFest going on in Herman Missouri only Friday and Saturday no SUNDAY? I'm a little Confused on these dates from the Website

It is actually the 26th-28th.

26th - 3-6PM Registration open
  7PM-? Reception at the Wine Valley courtyard

27th - 3-6PM Registration open
  7PM-9:30PM Concert at the amphitheater

28th - 8AM Car show,
  8AM-10:30AM Chris Cakes breakfast
  5PM - Cruise and happy hour at the Eagle Hall
  6PM Banquet
  9:30PM - Pub Crawl (meet at the Wine Valley courtyard)

We moved the pancake breakfast to Saturday because we think it will help them out. By all indications, it is going over very well. I'll correct the website.........

I just checked the website and it appears to be accurate. If there is a discrepency, please let me know where it is and I will get it corrected.

Who's helping out who here???  This way NOBODY has to wake up early on Sunday morning following the Dinner Banquet & Pub Crawl

Just made a quick run from Kansas City to St. Louis, I-70 is in great shape, minor construction around the 62 mile marker, neck down to one lane for 1/4 mile.
From Independence, MO to the Hermann exit, 2-1/2 hours driving the posted speed limit.

I will be joining this caravan just East of St. Louis with the Boss. Talking with Scott I have a feeling there will be a 2012 GT500 wanting to be added to the I GOT BEAT BY A BOSS list. This could be very interesting Cliff.   Saving the 40th for Carlisle next Month.
My daughter and I are looking forward being back at Shelby Fest and having a great time again seeing good people, great cars and especially the 40th Anniversary ones.
