Fbbob96 - did you get your stripes installed yet? Hope they turned out well. I had matt black wide stripes added to my stripe delete car by the dealer. The installer goofed up the spacing and centering on the hood/frt bumper stripes, but cheerfully re-did them at his expense. End result is perfect. Loving them every day.

I am getting ready to install stripes on my car. After seeing Amigo's car I was hooked. I am putting on the wide double stripes. Where can I go to get the spacing between them? Thanks for any help.

I have a Kona blue that came with the white stripes.  I kept seeing the exact same color combo in my area multiple times I ended up removing the stripes and cant be happier!  Its subtle now and more like a "sleeper".

I'll confess that I merely went to a local dealer that had a striped Shelby in the showroom, explained that I need to measure the stock spacing for the stripes, then gave that data to my installer. It paid off because I got them perfectly positioned. Good luck.

Thanks... I do not know of any dealers that have one in the area. Kind of hoping someone could take a ruler out and give me the spec.. Thanks

I really like the stripes, but personal pref for my DD would be side stripes only.

After going to Missouri last year to the Shelbyfest in Hermann, I decided to get stripes for my 2011 SVTPP Kona blue stripe delete.  I ordered a really cool color that matches my stock rims is a dark metallic silver and got them from John Farmer.  I got the regular wide stripes as I like their look.  I only had the lower rocker panel stripes put on as I my wife and I are not sure about placing the other stripes on the car.  I do have them but really like just the side stripes as it sets the car off in a subtle manner.

I will place photos of the car when I get a good day to put it on the site.

I am getting wide matte black on my car tomorrow. Saw amigo's car and had to have it. Also just got my BMC Black Mamba hood. very high quality piece.

Question for you BMC hood users. I am looking to ask my body shop to mount the hood vents and blend them into the hood as to see no seams. Has anyone else done this? I see no reason to "mount" them so they can be removed. Dirt and water collection points as I see it. I already don't like that the engine will be getting dirty quite often. Additionally has anyone fabricated a hood blanket and installed the rear weather seal against the cowl?
