Just a thought!


Think about how many people were in the United States at the time the 65 and 66 Shelby Gt 350's were built! Answer approx 195 to 196 million people.
In 07 and 08 there were roughly 300 million people in the United States. Approx increase of 104 million people. Even though there were a lot more SGT's built than GT350's think about the fact that there were a lot more people as well.


Wondering if anyone can break it down as to how many cars were available in ratio to millions living at the time?   difference in the 65/66 years vs 07/08 years?


07 SGT's 5632 divided into 300 million = approx 53,267 people per SGT built in 07 (don't know if the number of 07 SGT's is right or the population but I believe it is close.
That is like going to a large football stadium that is packed with people and there might be one person there that has a 07 SGT  probably you, if you are there!



That is pretty exclusive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With SGT's all over the world not just in the States and a fair number of them gone due to being wrecked they will soon be very exclusive!

Only a small percentage of the population own one.

+1000....I'm glad I have mine.  High of 63 here today in Atlanta, so I brought her out today....not sure if I will lower the top, but definitely will "lower" the gas pedal!!!!!

The GT/SC is THE BOSS.

Put on a set of 4 or 6 piston brakes up front to stop the darn thing and at least a GT500 set of wheels and tires and you cannot beat it.

Best toy I have ever had.

Looks like you have too many cars too wash!    Would only wash the GT/SC for free others will cost you!

Waaaayyy to much math for me but I do enjoy the thought that my '08 Vista Blue S-GT is more exclusive because of the total number built than a '08 GT500.  Not taking anything away from a GT500 becasue they are amazing cars but we are a small community comparatively to them and I personally like that.

Question 1: What kind of horsepower am I pushing right now? Question 2: How much would a Kenne Bell supercharger cost me. Like with intercooler and new fuel pump and everything. We discussed this already, how many over were you? City District or County District Court? White Charger with blue stripes? PM for advice on how to handle this? I will give you some options.
