Amigo painted his OEM Brembo calipers in red.
I think the offset of the two type of rotors is different (aluminium hat to center the rotors for different calipers) but the track is the same.

This is 100% right. I kept the stock Brembo calipers and painted in red.

Even better. Better air (cooler and denser) will give you more power.

11's at Bandimere is FAST. Guys with 2.9 Whipples are turning 11's there.

I was wonder if the factory tune had enough range to maintain the correct A/F ratio, ignition timing and other factors that would compensate for sea level conditions and the added boost and air that the new SC supplies.

With the added air density all you need is more fuel. The PCM has all of the ROA it needs for that.

It's the MAF sensor voltage you'd have to monitor and be concerned with.  If it pegs the voltage (+5v) you would need a bigger MAF housing and tune to compensate for the added air.
