You kept it off the wall, and didn't cross the center line, so it could have been a VERY bad night at the track.

For this YouTube pass (my second and final) I swapped out Toyos for my trusty M&H Racemaster drag radials. 15 psi. Burnout seemed fine. No snapped axle or fluids on the track. Like the first pass on the Toyos I smoked the launch. I let off the gas then got back on it. As you can see, I started getting sideways a little and let off the gas again. When I got back on it for the second time that's when all hell broke loose. So much for my trusty Racemasters. Dampened my mood - I didn't feel like smacking the wall or running into the racer in the next lane 2 1/2 hours from home. Plus the wait time between passes was long and getting longer. That place was packed! Given my mood and obvious inability to drive, I decided to load up and drive home.
On a positive note, I did get to meet some nice folks.

One time in my FGT we were @ Spring Mountain for a track day. After my 3rd session, I decided to call it.
On the 4th and final session, an Audi R8 smacked the wall.
There will be another track day for you.

+1
I agree, it was Best to call it a day. It's good to listen to that 'inner voice' that say's it's time to
watch instead of Race. At the 50th, in Vegas, I did not get on the Track in my car.
I had a feeling in 'my Gut', to stay off the Track and leave the Helmet in the back seat.
Instead I worked a position on the Spring Mountain Track, and met many new great people.
Good Job controlling the car, and great wisdom to call it a Night.
It's Always Great to 'Drive Home'.
