hi guys im a new member here and my bro just bought a 2012 sheby gt500 super snake 800hp and he want to replace the tire but we dont know what is the best tire to handle  this monster

Most likely, however, it will be your personal choice on how you like & prefer the bigger(buldger) side wall.

and with a 35 series (315/"35") you will probably need to jack the rear of the car up to keep clearance between the fenderwell area and the tire. A 305/35 requires this, so I would guess that the 315/35 is even taller.
