Sometimes I wish there was an easy way to report people for fraud.

Freedom exists because there are men and women willing to do terrible things to those who would threaten it.

It is the Marines, Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen who salute the flag, who serve beneath the flag, and who's coffins are draped by the flag, that allow the protester to burn the flag.

I'm not a Shelby guy, I'm not a Mustang guy, I'm not a Camaro or Chevy guy, and I'm not a Dodge guy. I'm a car guy. I don't care what the fender says, if it looks cool, is fast and fun to drive, It can be called a Poo-master 1000 for all I care. I'll still like it.

I sent him an email yesterday telling him to remove the Shelby Plates and reserch the Car. I asked him what makes him think it is a Shelby Prototype and if he purchased the Car as a Shelby Prototype, he should Sue the person who sold it to him as the Person who buys it from YOU will be sueing You for Fraud. Then I said I was sending this to Mr. Shelby for his Lawyer. I hope someone didn't buy it thinking it was a Shelby.

Shelby Licensing had ebay remove the auction. I've been in touch with the seller who says they purchased the car this way and were not trying to mislead anyone.

I've asked the seller to remove & destroy the fake dash & engine plaques and suggested that he advertise the car as "owner modified" and not as a SAI prototype.

I have every reason to believe that the seller was misled by the person he purchased the car from and is sincere in correcting the mis-information he based his selling description on. I've removed the sellers phone number from this thread as a courtesy to him.

Lets give him the benefit of the doubt and wait and see how the car is re-listed.
