Wow I do not think i would mod a GT350 at all, just curious why didn't you buy it with the SC on it?  To me the E-Force would kill the value of the car, but maybe you do not care.

Others make good points regarding modifying your GT350

But if you do go with the Edelbrock e-force install, it will be hard to wipe the smile off your face

Just a suggestion, but seriously consider keeping all the OEM take-off parts, labeled & safely stored, then the car may always be returned to it's original state if needed. This is what I have done with every mod along the way.

The auto was never offered with a supercharge as there was no rating for the transmission limits.  Never saw the numbers posted anywhere.  You might want to check what it will handle before you consider any mods.

From what I remember, Shelby didn't (doesn't?) offer a Supercharger on a A/T car.

Correct, no SC's on autos.

A couple of thoughts: First off, you'll kill your warranty if you put the S/C on. You may also have trouble with smog issues depending on the state you live in. But if you do decide to go that route here's a mustang that was recently done for Barrett-Jackson. It's the only S/C auto that I've seen: http://www.westcoast...wynn-foundation

John

EDIT: I just saw your video...obviously state smog laws are not an issue for you!!! :hysterical:

Check out the May issue of Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords. Page 102, camming a N/A Coyote engine for 500+ hp.

That might be the way to go with a A/T car.

I don't think it's the engine you have to worry about. They supercharge the 5.0 on the Shelby GT350 and the Roush Stage 3 all the time.

It's the Auto Trans that keeps Shelby from supercharging them and if I recall correctly, Roush too.

It's pretty obvious that Warranty issues aren't a concern for you and if a A/T blows, it's costly for the *average* person but I don't know that that's a problem for you either.

The two vids you posted show single runs with a blown 5.0 A/T car so apparently, the transmission will hold up for at LEAST one run! <lol>

Have you tried the Mustang boards? Ask around to see if there are any 5.0 GT's running blowers and A/T's. This forum is pretty specific to Shelby so all you'll get here are GT350 owners...And there's a LOT more Mustang 5.0 GT's running around out there than there are GT350's.

Just a thought,
