I had my upgrade done at Tasca. They are telling me Roger is supposed to get the cert to me. He is telling me Tasca is supposed to do this. Tasca and Shelby both have copies of the documentation. Can someone help me resolve this please?

You'll need to contact Tasca. The GT/SC ownership certificate is included in the SC package that you purchased from Tasca.
