I want to thank Kyle and the entire staff that made Shelbyfest 2012 a success.  This was my first event an probably not my last. The town of Hermann, Missouri is a wonderful small town that knows how to treat visitors.  You can walk anywhere in the town and the merchants are actually glad to see you in their town.  The winery tours are great and the wine was very nice.  We purchase a few bottles to bring home with us.

If you have not had the opportunity to attend Shelbyfest in Hermann, put it on you bucket list.  You will not have a more laid back and relaxed time.  You can either detail and really show off you car and under the hood or be like me and just park it and walk around and visit with other owners.

A great experience!

I agree.  It was my first Shelbyfest also. I liked how they made no one feel out of place. There was Mustangs of all years and quality and I am sure all felt welcome.

  The volunteers deserve a pat on the back. They had to ride that fine line between keeping things in order and having a good time. They did well.

Thank you for all your great comments. We really appreciate any feedback that we can get, either positive or negative. Each is presents a challenge in itself in the planning and the size of the show. This year was no exception with the show growth and great weather. If I didn't meet you personally, I wish I would have. For those that I have met for the first time, please excuse me the next time we meet as I remember faces but not really names. It took me a couple of months to remember Kyle's name.

I am glad everyone had such a great time. Spread the word around and bring more people back with you. We will be waiting for you.

This was my 2nd ShelbyFest and I love this event.

This is one I will not miss.. Everybody was great, the town is wonderful and the cars amazing.

Great event! This was my first time to Shelbyfest. My wife commented how weird it was to see so many GT500s since it is so rare to see them in our area.

Was there a car count announced? There was something for everyone both old, new and something in between. We enjoyed watching the guys from VMP getting the cars dialed in on the dyno. Reaaly cool to see how everyone has a different taste in regard to what they have done to their cars.

We are thinking there was about 425 or so cars there which is another record for the show. There sure is a variety of cars there. If you see something you like, wait a minute, you'll see something else. VMP will be back again next year, they have already stated that they would be as well of several of our other vendors.

Looking forward to seeing everyone back again next year. Spread the word to your friends and reserve your rooms now for next year. (Don't laugh)

ShelbyFest will ALWAYS be a must for our Wisconsin club! This was our 5th time there and it never ceases to amaze me how well put together everything is! You really do feel like you are one of the family here! The women found a limo service to take them to the wineries on Saturday, that was an extra HIT for them! Whenever the wives have a good time, us men folk have a good time if you know what I mean!! A Special "THANK YOU" to KYLE and the rest of the volunteers for all of your Hard work and making this event such a success!!!

They were all a GIGGLING bunch for sure!! What a riot!! They did sober up somewhat before the banquet that night!!
