Southern Plains Memorial information:

Where: North East Texas Community College

2866 FM 1735  Mount Pleasant, TX 75455

When: Wednesday, May 30, 2012 @ 5:30PM

Agenda: Carroll was a big supporter of the college, and specifically the technical college they have to train mechanics.  The school has agreed to lend us their parking lot, their auditorium, and even refreshments for all attendees.  We are working with SCAT on this event as well, and expect between 50 and 100 cars at this time.  Our plan will be to meet at the college, drive into MT. Pleasant and have a nice dinner, then cruise through Pittsburg and Leesburg, and circle back to the college for the moment of REV, and memorial service.  Now that these details are worked out, if someone could forward this to Scott Black for me, I would appreciate it.  It would be nice to get a little Dallas area press for this.

We also have a host hotel-

Sharon,
Please check the time.  Is it 6:55 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) or 6:55 pm PDT (Pacific Daylight Time)?  I think you meant PDT but since the timing is critical we need to be sure it is correct.
