Anybody have an opinion on which upper control arm bracket to choose from Metco, BMR or other? Which one helps the suspension work best?

I prefer to use the BMR UCA bracket - works well - pretty strong - I feel that it is the way to go if you're going to stay with an upper third link instead of going to a torque arm . Having a torque arm is a MUCH BETTER way to go for rear wheel/tire bite. JMO
