I'm planning on ordering an MGW this weekend, but I've found something interesting. A vendor has an open box but never used SPP shifter for $100 less. I've read through the threads here, & I know MGW is good. (Had one in my 09 GT, & in my '03 Mach) My question is, for those who've shifted both, is the MGW worth $100 more?

I would not use any other shifter. MGW quality is by far the best in my opinion.

Thanx. You know, I wish I could've deleted this thread. Right after I posted it I found the following thread that answered my questions: http://www.teamshelb...gen-ii-shifter/
I've never cut corners before. Why start now?!

I went with the Barton shifter myself. Nothing to complain about.

Looks good though.

X's 2, same here.  A great shifter and very solid feeling if you enjoy driving it and it's not a garage Queen.   B)
