Just received a pair of struts for my SS from SPP. They came from MRT. Anybody have problems with these? I don't want to put them on if failure is soon to follow.

The failures seem to be from an earlier item, before my tenure, when the struts were sourced from elsewhere. I haven't heard any complaints from recent purchasers.

I have had my CPC NXT no-drill hood struts on my Trufiber double sided carbon fiber hood for almost 3 years now and they still work great. Great price and were super easy to install too.
They have them in several oem colors too but Vapor Silver is the fastest

I will not buy anything from Scott Drake, I bought a few interior parts years ago, they were the biggest peices of sh!t I have seen and not that cheap either. I have noticed Shelby is starting to use higher quality suppliers like Silverhorse.
Thankfully Jer is in place now, I am confident things will continue to get better, he has been all over any and all issues.
