I've had one for my 07 that I no longer have anymore, but I loved it. Looks great on the car. It is an indoor cover only, great for keeping dust off of the car while parked in the garage. Extremely soft, good quality. I just don't know how it compares to other high end covers...

I have the CoverCraft FormFit cover - it is fantastic - soft fleece lining and fits the GT500 perfectly.

I assume you selected "Mustang GT" for model when you ordered it? curious, both covers say "indoor only". i'm not looking for a snow/rain proof cover, just something to use when it's in the garage and occasionally outdoors but in moderate weather. does it fight tight enough that it won't blow off outside?

I am about to pull he trigger on a formfit or dustop. I am leaning towards the dustop. From what I had read the formfit is a great cover but as dust settles on the stretched out fabric while its installed on the vehicle when you remove the cover the dust is then embedded within the fabric. Over time it allows the dust to filter through to the point it causes light scratches and marring. I think the form fit looks the coolest and can be color coordinated, but it doesnt seem to be the safest for the paint. The dustop seems to review extremely well and suits my use perfectly. Climate controlled garage kept just keep the dust off the paint kind of color.

I apologize while using my DROID for whatever reason I couldn't load the link you had.

Edit the link finally did open,  thats a nice cover.. looks very much like a formfit. A very popular cover.

Yes - I selected the MGT cover.  The form fit cover would hold up under light wind - not much more - the duststop would not hold up at all in wind - I have one for my GTO.

Not to hijack the thread but... Which do you like better for indoor use only? Just to keep dust off and safest for not marring the paint.

i ended up getting the Shelby cover, super impressed. extremely soft outside, almost a silk-type feel. the inside is very soft cotton, like the inside of a sweatshirt. now I just need my car to arrive so I can use it.

Here is the FormFit by Covercraft - mine is a vert which is why you see the goofy roof lines.

Geez they both look so good, I had fabric samples sent from both manufactures. Seems covercraft is a thicker material.. but matching color and strips from SPP is SWEET, and I really want to support them! I will call and see if I can use the 10% off with membership. My wife (sensible financier) made me Craigslist and sell some stuff so I am good to go, tough choice.

I don't think you can go wrong with either route - I did not know about the Shelby stripe cover at the time I bought mine - I like it as well.

I think I'll just park my car in my garage -- which is an expensive-enough car cover itself -- and be done with it.

The garage gets dusty just like the indoors of your house. My car is parked in my shop behind my house. Heated and A/C, I change the hvac filters monthly and I still get some dust. Pretty much just a man cave we use for parties ...so no real work goes on there. I even vacuum the concrete and still get light dust. The cover to me is only to shield dust and keep smoke, and the mist from the hazer machine from getting on the paint.
