It just seems odd that your battery would die so soon.
Did you jump start it and drive it to the dealer? Or was this an over the phone conversation?

I lent him my smart charger and it brought it back from the dead to 100% in a couple of days.
It may have been due to internal sulfication issues, that it would not take a charge with a standard charger.
A dealership should know that, but who knows what they did, I like to check things out myself.
Mine is a Natalus unit like so

I know first hand that these chargers work very well, I usually have 3 or 4 seasonal automotive batteries on the go, including a large marine battery.

Sorry for your troubles. Mine left me stranded in a parking lot for a few hours. Had to have a service truck bring me a battery.
