The bolt pattern will fit. Based on my experience of putting mustang rims (2005) on my Escape (2008) it's likely the hub will fit as the mustang bore is greater. Be aware that unless you get them centred properly you will experience wheel wobble (mine still has a wobble at 130kph).
The 2012 mustang rims should have tpms unless the previous owner removed them. The question remains if the sensor type is compatible.
