I've dealt with them once. Didn't have any problem but never had to return anything either.
I bought my FRPP axle girdle and a FRPP front brake duct kit from them (one other item I can't remember). All was in perfect condition (including the box the brake duct kit was in) and prompt delivery.
But as you said, YMMV.
