Back at it again. That relay I replaced solved the flow of the intercooler pump to actually start pumping again. Added all new fluids and still the IC reservoir tank is disappearing with no signs of leaking. It's really getting to me. I used a pressure test and it held. Maybe I need to replace the pump also since I already did the relay? HELP PLEASE
Did you pressure check the cap to see if it holds until 10 PSI ?

Mods are 2.59 pulley, afco heat exchanger, bassani 3 inch, p&p bbk 65mm throttle body, 170 degree thermostat, moroso ic tanks. Steeda intake and tune and some other stuff. I took off the front bumper today and left it in the garage. I'm gonna check in the morning if any fluids are on the ground without the sun and heat evaporating it.

And yes it held 16 psi since that what the cap has on it. And I just hit 40k so it could be something failing

Well - couple things.  Can you monitor engine temp?  I think this all comes down to heat - and you must be leaking somewhere.

The lower thermostat doesn't help - it just opens sooner.  The extra capacity tanks don't help much - they just look good.  The Afco h/e doesn't really do the job we all hoped for.  It does extend the period where you have power until the heat soak sets in, but it doesn't resolve it - and heat still builds up.  The dual fans are really needed so the h/e is working even when the car isn't moving - and doesn't allow the engine to get hotter.  The smaller pulley on the stock blower creates more boost, but with the smaller displacement, more heat.  And you still have the stock radiator - which won't remove the extra heat of all of this.  I say this since been there, done that.  I'd say upgrade the radiator and get the dual fan h/e.  That will solve the heat issue - for this setup - and anything else you wish to do down the line.

Ahh thanks I finally had some free time and I think I found the issue. That fat hose behind the radiator is dripping coolant. Hopefully that's the solution because I was about to get rid of the car
