Browsing youtube and came across this. At least the guy is enthusiastic about getting it fixed, although it would sure cost a lot of $

Wow.  After watching that I think I'll go out to the garage and give mine a hug.  That's a huge project.

A wee bit optimistic are we...lol...

he thinks its an easy fix...perhaps he'll cut the roof off and make it a 'vert :drop:

Also, i guess his license plate frame came true, "I'd rather be driving my Pantera"...well as the saying goes, be careful what you wish for

The only way to repair that one, is to switch all the Shelby Autos parts (and the VIN tag) over to another GT500.
That body is beyond gone. Starting the engine is like bringing a corpse back to life... Just cruel. :(

Any idea what the VIN or CSM number is so it could be marked in the registry???    I hope it ended up on a salvage title so it can't be rebuilt behind the scenes.  Certainly the integrity of the A pillars is lost.  The roof will never be straight.

Tony

It's hard to clone a brilliant silver GT500KR with switching VINS since that color wasn't offered on a GT500.

One step ahead of you Tony. KR has been identified and the registry updated.

OP, thanks for posting the video link.
