The posting of pornographic is strictly prohibited. The posting of copy written material without permission of the copyright holder is strictly prohibited. It is strictly prohibited to post the personal contact information of anyone.

TeamShelby.com "Message boards" may NOT be actively moderated. TeamShelby.com is not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

We will take reasonable measures not to disclose information about you, except we may do so in the good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary A: to comply with the law; B: to comply with a legal process; C: to enforce terms and conditions; D: to respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; or E: to protect the interests of TeamShelby.com or others. Please post responsibly and remember that you are responsible for your own words and postings. Be careful about making comments that could be libelous or slanderous and avoid copyright infringement by being aware of copyright laws.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION
I. Under section [512(i)(1)(A)] of the 1998 Digital Millennium Copyright Act, users who infringe copyrighted material will have their accounts terminated. Additionally, we may be required to disclose your identity should a copyright infringement complaint be filed against you. Should TeamShelby.com terminate your user account under provisions of the DMCA as set forth by the Federal government you will be prohibited from registering again. Account termination does not entitle us to remove any post(s) that you made or topic(s) that you started.

II. Should you request your account to be terminated, we will lock your account and change your e-mail address. We are not required to remove any post(s) that you made or topic(s) that you started.

REPORTING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
To report copyright infringement, please contact us immediately via e-mail or phone so that it can be resolved as soon as possible.

TeamShelby.com (service provider as set forth under the DMCA "safe harbor" provisions) will investigate notices of copyright infringement and take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512©(2) ("DMCA"). Pursuant to DMCA, written notification of claimed copyright infringement must be submitted to the following Designated Agent for this service:

In your notification, please include:

Upon receipt of a proper counter notification, the designated agent will review it and then forward the counter notification to the complaining party.

There are serious legal consequences for submitting frivolous or false notifications of copyright infringement under provisions of the DMCA.

Team Shelby Privacy Policy
Team Shelby (Shelby Automobiles) respects the privacy of our online visitors. We believe in your right to know what information we collect, how we use it and how we safeguard it.

Informed Consent
When you register for membership with Team Shelby, we assume that you understand and agree with our privacy policy. In other words, we believe that you have given Team Shelby your "informed consent" to handle your information in the manner described in this document.

However, if you tell us that your information should not be used in this way, we will honor your request. To "opt out" of any aspect of Team Shelby information handling practices, please contact us here.

If you place an order for Team Shelby membership, you will be asked to give Team Shelby a valid credit card number, check from a financial institution or money order. If the case of a credit card, this number will be securely transmitted to Team Shelby, and never disclosed to a third party or used for any purpose other than for the transaction you have authorized. Your credit card statement will indicate a charge from Shelby Automobiles.

We use standard web server log files to help us count how many people visit Team Shelby and the number of pages they view. This statistical information helps us to evaluate our site's technical capacity and to make our site more useful to our visitors.

Information on site usage is collected and analyzed in aggregate (massed together; collective) form, and then discarded. No information about you in particular will ever be singled out during this analysis.

Use of Cookies

Member information is never provided to any other company outside of Shelby Automobiles and Ford Racing for that company's independent use.

At our discretion we will make the information about Team Shelby's members available in aggregate form to help describe and identify our users to business partners, the industry and public at large, and our advertisers.

Visitors Under the Age of 18
We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate in the interactive activities offered on the Team Shelby site. Visitors under the age of 18 should not submit any information to Team Shelby without the consent of their parent or guardian.

Information collected from visitors under the age of 18 will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes outside of Team Shelby. Team Shelby will use its best efforts to avoid posting the e-mail address or complete name of any visitor to Team Shelby under the age of 18 without express, written consent of the underage visitor's parent or guardian.

Privacy on Linked Sites
The Team Shelby site contains links to other web sites and provides these links to other sites, people and companies as a convenience only. Team Shelby is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites. Participating sites, services and parties are not under the control of Team Shelby. Team Shelby does not endorse or accept any responsibility for your experiences with any web sites, individuals, companies and products that are linked, participating, listed or otherwise mentioned on the web site, in print, on disk, in e-mail, in person, or in any other way by Team Shelby.

Participating Sites and Services and other third party sites may contain information or material that some people may find inappropriate or offensive. You acknowledge that Team Shelby, Shelby Automobiles or any of its subsidiaries or managing vendors or partners are not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, privacy policy, privacy practices, or any other aspect of Participating Sites and Services or other third-party sites. You further agree that Team Shelby, Shelby Automobiles or any of its subsidiaries or managing vendors or partners are not liable for any damages or harm arising from your use (or inability to use) Participating Sites and Services or other third-party sites. We reserve the right to modify our privacy policy. A modified privacy policy will only apply to data collected subsequent to its effective date.

Our California Privacy Rights

Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2008 will receive information regarding 2007 sharing activities).
