Having been thru the almost endless search for mufflers, I have FINALLY found the ones for me!
Tried
(1) Corsa's
(2) SVT-1
(3) KR's

These have the "Sound" of the KR's without the volume or the heavy crackle on decel. The KR's are great but over the top , but these are PERFECT. They fit the early (07-09) perfectly! Part# AR3Z-5230 L and R.

Post a clip brother...

Tips stick out pretty far or is that just the angle of the pic?

I would like to hear a clip as well. I love the tips though. I saw them on the 10GT500 at Bristol and thought they kicked A$$!

As far as I know the reason they stick out far is because the 2010's have the new rear fascia and required slightly longer tips....I am planning on swapping my exhaust when my '10 comes in hopefully soon so I will have a like new set for sale in the near future, so if anyones thinking of doing it let me know they will have less that 50 miles on them.

They are 2010 mufflers. If you order, the coupe and vert are different part #'s.

This part # is surprisingly similar to the 2005-2008 Mustang GT muffler:

Manufacturer Part No: 5R3Z5230AA-AB

I've always wanted to try them on the GT500 b/c my '05 Mustang GT sounded really good with the stock mufflers...

BTW the '05-'08 Mustang GT mufflers available at NewTakeOff.com for $79.99 a set!

No they are actually like the SVT-1's . About 1/2 the weight of 07/09 stock.

I want to hear the 2010 GT 500 mufflers too. I've heard the KR mufflers and they sound really good in my opinion, but it the 2010 mufflers sound just as good and they are a hell of a lot cheaper, I will get them instead.

Cool Ron another 2010 mod. :happy feet: How was the install? did they bolt right up? Weird that the coupe and vert have different #s. Do you know if they are actually different?
