I just took my 07 GT500 to have it dyno-ed, Before I install an Evo. Stage 4.

Not the numbers I though I would get. I'm Not very happy!!

364 RWTQ

Brand New Mustang Dyno. Today, Saturday Sept 1, was his first Day of Busness. I don't know if he knew what he was doing.

Was it hot?

I think the Mustang dyno numbers are usually low?

Very normal. Don't worry.

Here's my best stock run on a hot day...it got as bad as 340hp. I'm sure if you looked, your AFR would have been way low. When the motor gets hot, the ECU dumps fuel to keep the cats cool. Drops performance dramtically. The motor runs best in the 60s and 70s. Dyno runs should be done quickly and with a cool engine.

Did you put the coil pack covers back on? That makes a big difference on the dyno.

He didn't hook anything up under the hood. Only the EDP.

Each time my car was dyno'd they had the right side coil cover off to hook to the coil pack and also hooked up some vacuum/boost lines? :headscratch:

I beleive Mustang Dynos are quite low compared to say a Dynojet.

Really? Has this been the experience of many others? Now I'm wondering what my numbers might have been- they were left off yesterday during my dyno...

I took my 07 to the dyno in December of 2006, about 400 miles from new, it made 365 hp and 380 torque the first time, now a KB Stage 3, I'll go back & see how it does now
