Well I sold the 2007 Shelby GT 500 to a great home in Canada, and sold the 1970 Shelby GT350 Fastback to a great guy in Austraila. Then purchased this 1968 Shelby GT 350 convertible that just finished a nut and bolt restoration.

Sorry to hear of your loss. Maybe that GT350 will tide you over until you can get another GT500. Don't worry, the ADM's seem to be coming down, and if they do a 2009, you should get a shot at another. Good Luck!

I don't neceassarily see it as a loss... just a tradeoff...

Oops, sorry, I thought I was in the 2007 GT500 forum (they switched the order of the forums on me). I thought he was regretting selling the 2007 GT500. My mistake. Enjoy the classic!

Randy,

That is a great looking ride. Hope you get to drive it more than your others. I love the GT500 you sold me. Thanks again.

Great ride! I had a 69 Boss 302 Vert, same colors. Great car and you will get more looks in that than in the GT500! Good luck with it.

That is one nice looking car. I love the hood. I hope my Trufiber look alike KR hood will look that good.

A '69 Boss 302 convertible? I never knew they built such an animal.

I thought the same thing. I did see a 70 convertible a guy did up in Boss stripes to look like what could have been.

Beautiful car but I'm sorry Texas is losing it! Was the restoration done here? What city?
