I believe Guardsman Blue, I've checked in the registry (1997), and unless I''ve overlooked it, there is no reference to side strip color. So I may need to be corrected, sorry I couldn't be more definitive.

Guardsmand blue on Twin stripes. Side strips are usually tape.

Kind of a difficult question since 67 Shelbys did not receives the Lemans stripes that earlier Shelbys got nor did Shelbys release any instructions for the dealers to apply them.

So for the few cars were the owners talked/paid the dealer into applying them they could have been any (in your example) color.
