There is a comment to one of the threads on the Club Cobra Site, that claims SPF is no longer building Cobras for Shelby. Anyone know if this is true or just more BS from one of their members, trying to stir up some poop!

I was told this week that Superformance has won the case against Transport Canada. Transport Canada had shut down Superformance in Canada now for about a year. Transport Canada contended that the kits and rollers SPF was importing into Canada were cars, therefore had to pass all safety and emission standards in Canada. The judge handed Superformance Canada a HANDS DOWN victory over the Canadian Nazi Dept of Transport. Hurray for Superformance!!
