Okay all, I owe you an apology.

Due to loss of sleep and whatever excuse I can come up with, there is a mistake on the registration form.

The cost of registration is $20 per car, not per person. The cost covers expenses such as name badges, lanyards, signage, etc.....

I'm so sorry for the confusion. I will try to get an updated form out tonight.

Thanks,

Kyle

Hey, I was wondering if it is too late to register. I know it says before April 1st, but I was hoping to caravan out there on Saturday with a few of the other Kansas City members.

If it's not too late, I will see if I can get a hotel room (I know, I procrastinate) and cruise on out there!

It's never too late... I just got a room at a B&B that's only 415 YARDS away from Hermann Ford... Went on-line last night and got the confirmation call today :happy feet: ...

The "scenic route" from KC departs R&A Motorsports in Lee's Summit at 6:30am...

Drive Safe!

Do you have the number for that hotel?

Are these registrations mailed in? Or can I just hand it in when I show up? I assume they can be handed in in person or emailed because it is probably too late for the mail. Thanks!

just do it the day of the event when we show up; the important thing is to get a room. Start calling buddy. And after that, come over and help me with the clean up, plus I am installing some soundproofing stuff in the rear. :hysterical:

Taking today and fri off to get it ready. I also posted some info for you over on kc-m. We definitely want to get started no later than 6:30 sat. :happy feet:

John

edit, the shelbyfest.com site has link to local chamber of commerce, which has link to all the local places to stay.

I went online to the "lodging" link at ShelbyFest.net and started clicking around until I found something... But I think I got the last room at that particular B&B...

However, I do have the "Beer"verages cooling in the garage and my list of stuff to take is about a page long... And John is right, we do need to leave R&A no later than 6:30am Sat AM...

Good Luck!

Yeah, I got a room somewhere, already forgot the name of the place.

I'll be @ R&A to cruise out there with ya...the cruise out there with other Mustangs is half the fun!
