Who else notice while in the convoy to Herman, the new Dodge Challenger loaded on the lower level of the car hauler?

Thanks to I believe Brian who at the back of the convoy for calling me on my cell just in time to look left and see it.

The car looks awsome in person, and now I really want one.

I saw it. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought it was red? I know I read on a Dodge web site recently that the first year would only be available in Black, Orange and Silver?

I saw an orange one a couple weeks ago in California. I think the Dodge Boys did a pretty good job with this one.

I am a car guy, I like all cool high horsepower, quick & fast cars. After the Super Snake, I will be trying to hunt down a 2009 Nissan GT-R at MSRP.

I do have to give credit to my wife for that one. I spotted the car but she was fast on the draw to get the camera and snap the shot before we blew by it.

Tell your wife thanks, I heard about it, but unfortunatley I was to busy keeping one eye on the speedometer and the other on the State Cop, that decided to follow our convoy, next year I definetly will try to get in the middle of the pack, and thanks to the red trail truck that got in behind me in Washington Mo, so I could enjoy the curves of highway 100.

Must have been one of those "reading times" for your wife. Nice meeting each of you and great ride back. Steve

I'm with you LaMonte. The Challenger is a cool car. With the new CAFE standards
coming in 2010. We may never see a 6.1L HEMI V8 in a anything else for a long time.
To me, Shelby's by far are on the top of the heap, although the Challenger would be
mighty cool parked next to it. Been considering it.

There is no reading time when you are in a convoy of that size. As I recall from the ride home Margaret did a little "reading" :hysterical: . It was great to meet you as well. Looking forward to catching up again this summer and again next year!
