Have a 68 Shelby in the Bellingham, WA area? Want to meet someone with one for a test ride

My boyfriend's and my anniversary is coming up and I wanted to see if anyone in the Bellingham, Wa area has a 68 Shelby because it's his favorite car (he loves it in gray with black racing stripes) and I would love for him to test ride in one (any color, of course) or at least check one out if it's out of commission due to restoration.
