I was informed today that there will be a Charity Event for St.Louis Children's Hospital at Gateway Raceway in Madison, Il (the NASCAR track). I don't have any particulars yet, but I think track time will be inexpensive and a write-off for charity. Date is set for Saturday, October 18th. I will post more info as I receive it.

Track day was great. I know St.Louis area guys were on various cruises, but only had 9 cars and 7 instructors for the whole track all day. Very pleasant since no more than 5 cars on track at a time. Weather was perfect. Lots of driving time and learned a lot. Very nice cars showed up, but no Shelbys.
