Historically, it has always been on the same weekend as Father's Day (6/21/2009)... Although is looks like it is a week later than in 2008, the 21st is still the 3rd Sunday of the Month in 2009

I just heard from a decent source that it is actually a week later, 6/24-28/2009, due to a scheduling conflict, pga tournament in tulsa. Anyone else heard this yet????
VD, ask Jeff's wife about this on your ozark cruise......she is the one that mentioned it.

I have a question for thoses in the know. Package #1 includes driving instruction for ONE person. Can additional people be added? My brother and I would both be interested in the instruction/track time.

You can go to the hotel/registration page on www.midamericafordteamshelby.com and download the "Team Shelby High Performance Driving School Registration Form" Fill it out and and email as an attachment, Fax or Mail in.
You can also download a Event Registration Form or go to the Online Store and register for the event.
If you have any questions email David @ david@midamericafordmeet.com

The dates are indeed the LAST weekend in June this year. Remeber that the host hotel begins taking reservations next week and it fills up fast.
sportscars,
The entry fees listed are "per person" NOT "per car"! I found this out the hard way during my first Mid-America event.
If three people will be sharing one car, you will need to pay three entry fees. Usually it works pretty well for 2 people to share a car (especially if they are not in the same run group) as you have enough time to inspect the car, switch drivers and get back to the false-grid for the next session. I don't know how well it would work with 3 people unless they were in different groups (ie: 2 people in group III and 1 person in group II).

I’ve been to this event 7 years in a roll now and there has been times I didn't make a reservation at the Marriott or the Hilton down the street! granted, I paid a little more for my room but walking in has always worked for me when I needed to.

You will be sorry if you attend and don't bring your car. Once you get their and see all the cars and fun everyone is having with their car you will wish you had driven yours to the show.

You've got to drag Bruce down here with you! He has a standing offer for one session in my car when he comes just to see what he's missing out on with the Griggs stuff.
