A lot of People have been Paying a "ADM" on New Cars, everything from $1,999.00 to $25,000.00, possibly more just for the privilege to BUY the Car at MSRP. Shouldn't that "ADM" (Additional Dealer Markup) be considered a Bonus?
How Much TAX does the Dealerships Pay on that ADM?

It all balances out at the end of the year. Bonuses are often times taxed heavily. It all shakes out at tax time. You get screwed either way...
