You'll have to forgive me if someone posted this while I was recuperating in October. Registration for the 2009 Mid-America meet is open and online. Just go to the Mid-America's online store and you can purchase everything from event registration to track sessions at Hallet. You can also download a registration form if you'd prefer to register the old fashioned way.
I've already registered for the event and so hopefully we'll be able to have a Terlingua reunion up there.

What is Team Shelby's involvement in this event? Are we going to have to register separately with Team Shelby? What are the events that Team Shelby be putting on?

you should not have to register with team shelby. the event has been going on for quite a while, so it is pretty much stand alone. team shelby just has their name on it now... as long as your registration with the event is good, you should be fine. as far as official "teamshelby events" i do not know of anything yet, but they may do some type of event for teamshelby members

I'm working on going this year Got the room ready, now just need to convince Marji Tulsa is a better vacation spot than Italy.
