This is what is going on the Terlingua. Already yellow, so no worries.

As for the GT500, I'm still looking for the ones they put on the Mustang Challange cars.

Cutting a hole in the bumper and mounting it inside the bumper frame mounting brackets is the plan. It should stick out right in the middle of the bumper.

Alrighty. After a bit of investigation I have discovered a few things to consider for the tow hooks. FIA requires a one piece tow hook (the one I posted above). The SCCA requires a folding tow hook.

For those interested I have found the Ford part number for the tow hook that is on the Mustang Challenge cars. M-17954-A

I order the ford racing tow hook only to find out that Ford does not offer a way to attach it to the car.

front bumper support list $249.00.

http://www.fordracin....KeyField=10488

-notice that in the center of the bumper support, there is a bracket welded in. this bracket will be the mounting point for the tow hook.

The rear bumper support is part # M-17906-A, but is not listed on the Ford Racing Parts website.

None of our cars do. You would need to order the new bumper. I ordered it this morning.

Just FYI the Griggs K-member has a tow loop on it.

I'd keep the bumper and tow hook SPRSNK, there are ways to get stuck where the safety crews might not be able to reach the K-member loop..............like up to the axles in mud after June rains in Tulsa..........

If not I'll buy yours even though I'm going to do the K-member when I'm flush again.
