They didnt give us much more than that, but Rick Titus mentioned it will have 500 HP...

I guess we will have to wait and see what Shelby feeds us on the specifics....cant wait too see what it looks like!!!

From what I heard at the dinner - NO.

This is a package that would require you to drop a 2005 - 2009 GT off for a conversion.

hmmmmm - I was hoping they might make the actual 67 Terlingua. Get a brand new 67 body and put a 5.0 in it. I did hear "5.0" mentioned - that's why I didn't think it was an 05-09 conversion. Though I don't know how SAI could get by safety standards with the old body.

It won't be street legal would be my guess. The 5.0 is probably the aluminum block cammer engine.

I'm totally interested in this car so far. I hope it is gutted out too.

That would be very cool if they would use the 5.0 cammer from the FR500C car. That thing just looks amazing under the hood of a Mustang.

Possible its a option for those with GTs that would of liked a Terlingua?
Got a body kit,susp mods no big deal...its kind of a no-brainer

Can't wait to see this. I've seen a few of his hot rods so it will be interesting if he changes any of the body panels.

So, an 05 standard GT w/ 75000 miles would get a fresh engine? Me thinks big money.....

I don't think so Wicked... I had a pretty long conversation with Donnie Beson and he said there is a SGT package coming up very soon.
