This event is my favorite all year. Last year we had 80 or so cars and this year already over 120.... It is an extremely well organized event and an amazing cruise.

Hey Cali Team Shelby members -

This cruise is like the Bash cruise, but with twice the cars!

It's really an impressive site to see, 120 hot rodded Mustangs and Shelbys in a conga line down I 5, cruising to Buena Park.

We have the final rally point at the base of the Grapevine (north side) at the Petro station on Laval road. If you can't join us for the cruise, it's worth stopping by the Marriot Courtyard on Beach Blvd in Buena Park Friday afternoon. We all clean up our rides and have a few.

Hope to see you there!

Michael

BTW - PM me if you want more details

Lost Hills from Santa Nella is a 2 hour drive with an hour stop for lunch. From there its about another 2 hours or so.. We never go on any time line because we like to just cruise out there plus with close to 150 cars I wont make any promises on a time line that chances are wont work even if we tried. Our top speed on this cruise is between 75-80.. With both classic and new cars, trailer queens on this cruise we want to make sure everyone gets there safe.

I am going to say about 7 hours... doesn't feel like it when your around 150 other stangs and you stop traffic going down Hwy 5, Once we get into LA area that's were we usually hit traffic, luckily last year we only had about 40 min of it.

Hey Brad if you are going, are you heading out from S.J? I think CA. Mustang has a meeting spot in S.J. My son is now going (2003 Cobra) and he lives in S.J. Maybe we can meet there

I don't know if I can make it yet... Is there some type of pre-registration deadline that we have to meet?

The registration has been open since Jan.

www.fabulousfordsforever.org

There are between 2k and 3k cars in this event. It usually sells out.

Last year was my first and it was a blast. The Ca-Mustangs guys are great and there was a large TS contingent there also.

This is our first time for this event. We joined Ca-Mustangs last year. What a great club. You guys will not be disappointed. From what I've been hearing from other members, this is something you will not want to miss. We can hardly wait. I was going to trailer my car the whole way down, now I am going to drive it at least part of the way. Don't want to regret joining in on this...... :shift:
