Hey all,

I know this has been long in the making but I am finally ready with the registration form for this year's event.

One important note : The dyno has not been officially secured so if you send money for the Dyno and we do not meet the minimum dollar amount to get it to the event, I will refund that portion of your registration.

The City of Hermann will be finalizing our site details Monday, March 23rd and after that I will be releasing a flood of information.

Today Vapordude, Jeff and Julie Yergovich (R&A Motorsports) and myself met in Hermann to do site inspections and meet with some local merchants as well as Hermann's head of tourism. We now have a defined "headquarters" area for friday pre-registration as well as registration on saturday.

Lots of exciting things transpired today and I can't wait to share everything with you all.

For now, please start your registrations and send them to me. I am working on a few things to ensure that show entry goes smoothly (have to try to avoid the bottlenecks like last year).

I am attaching the registration form with this post.

Robert, if you would like I can email this to you to post wherever you see fit here on the site.

it has been brough to my attention that you cannot save the form filled out. the question was also asked if you all were supposed to email me the form or print it out and mail it with your payment.

i was hoping you could email the forms in order for me to begin tracking numbers but you also may print it out and send it with your payment as well.

Since the pdf idea didn't work for everyone I am attaching a Word doc that you can fill out...you'll just have to do your own math

If you could email it to me as well as include it with your payment in the mail I would appreciate it so I can begin to track numbers.

Yes, you do. Fill out the online Pdf. in post 1 of this thread, print it, write the check or money order and send it to the address on the bottom of the registration form. Hope this helps.

I'm a Newbie Member planning to go to; JUST printed off the Registration Form and I'll get it out in the Mail PRONTO! (Are there really that many of us members here from FORT LEAVENWORTH?? - NEAT deal! We can all convoy over on Friday the 24th to Jeff & Julie's R & A Motorsports maybe....)
