sorry Robert if you thought the lawsuit mentioned in the recently closed down thread about SAAC 34 was referring to the one between them and Carroll.
IT WASNT.

It was referring to the lawsuit filed by Millville Raceway against SAAC for not paying for last years event.
The reason, as I have been told that they havent been invited back this year.

Our comments had Nothing to do with Carroll, they have to do with SAAC not paying Millville for the event last year
as I was informed OF BY MEMBERS OF SAAC.
