Kyle,
Shelbyfest 2009 was a wonderful event. Great time, great people, terrific weather. Thanks again to you and everyone connected with putting on this event. I agree with John, having the show on the streets of Hermann is very cool.

I have to say Shelbyfest last year was great, but this one blew it away! The new venue was great-made for some really good pictures. Kyle, you and the crew did an awesome job pulling this one off. We'll definitely be back next year. Connor had a blast as well-he went to his room when we got home and broke out his Shelby & mustang hotwheels and started playing Shelbyfest. The last thing he asked before leaving for school this morning was if he could go again.

p.s.-I took a lot of photos, will probably not be able to get them added until late week, or next weekend.

I heard someone say just short of 260, but not sure if they were accurate.

As far as total cars, I won't have a number until I finish going through everything sometime this week.

Some of my crew counted 150 sometime after noon but they also registered cars after that.

Some of the numbers floating around come from the orange registrations cards we handed out which were pre numbered so they were not in order.

Hang in there, I'll have a number soon.

As far as shirts go, I do still have some left. Anyone wishing to purchase one can email me here or at shelbyfestinfo@gmail.com. The cost up to size XL is $1500 plus shipping. Sizes up to 3X are $18 plus shipping.

Kyle, first off, thanks to you and your team for all your planning, dedication and hard work. It really paid off. Moving to the streets of Hermann was fantastic!! I must say, that the check in process was a breeze, and very professional…three lines check in, with people directing the parking process. (Nice touch having two people assist while you were backing up) See all the cars with the back drop of the Hermann Old World Charm Streets was a Treat!! Also, the wine shuttle was a hit with my son & his friend, they took the shuttle, took the tour, and tasted grape juice!! (Their 14 and had a blast)

I will be looking forward to pictures/video:
1. Gateway International – Drag racing, Drifting, Midnight Maddness for sure!! (8,000 to 10,000 fans and the Shelby's were show cased with special parking!!)
2. Hermann Friday Cruise – with shots of burnouts etc..
3. Saturday Shelbyfest, especially dinner & any other special events.
4. Pancake Breakfast

Thanks again for setting up the best Shelbyfest yet!!

Thanks Kyle for the great time my son and I had! I also want to thank all the people that I finally got to meet in person, everyone was great! I will be there next year as well.

This was the best show I have been to in years. We we able to do so much more than just sit at a show. The crusie events were just great, I really love being able to drive my GT500 and do different things like the cruise to Martinsburg. The cruise to St Louis and back on Saturday morning was also a lot of fun.

I also had a great time with the raffles as some people know. For the first time in 40 + years I not only won one thing but a bunch of stuff! When the show for next year comes around I will be more than happy to donate some stuff for the event.

Once we were back in Wi I really started to miss the roads that you have in MO, what nice scenery and so smooth!

I hope everyone that made it this year will be able to make it next year.

Kyle,
That was my first Shelby Fest and I must say it was the best time I have ever had since I got my Sheby. Can't wait to do it again. Where's the next big event for us Mid-America folks?
