Looking at the CS8 packages, and the additional part of Turn 2 (with supercharger) has two different set ups; one for 2005 - 2006, and another for 2007-2009.
What is the difference between the different years for this mod ?

My first "guess" would be that it has something to do with the CARB and/or emissions certifications for the supercharger kit.

I believe the programming parameters changed slightly- probably due to emissions standard. I programmers have the same year division.

You are both right. It is because of emission control. The outcome of both packages are the same. You need not to worry about this. The outcome will be the same. 479 RWHP for the CS8 Turn2.
