Anyone know if the 427 trunk mat will fit with the audio system upgrade?

It depends on which system you had installed before the upgrade...
If you had the Shaker 1000 system and had the associated 427 trunk mat, the trunk mat will come up short as the sub-box for the new system is significantly smaller than the Shaker 1000 box.
If you simply had the Shaker 500 system with no sub-box in the trunck and the associated 427 trunk mat, then you will probably be better off, The mat may be a little large and fold up onto the new sub-box. You could try to slip the mat under the new box or you could have a local upholstery shop modify the trunk mat for you.
