HEY GUYS,

I HAD MY INTERIOR UPGRADED TO THE GT/SC PACKAGE. HERE IS SOME

PICTURES. I HAVE THE BLACK W/SILVER 607 INSERTS THAT MATCH THE SILVER STRIPES

ON MY CAR. ALSO IT IS THE SAME COLOR INSERT USED ON THE BLACK 40TH

ANNV. EDIT.


ADDITIONALLY , THE EXTRA BOLSTERING IN THE FRONT SEATS REALLY HELPS TO HOLD

YOU IN PLACE WHILE THE G-FORCES ARE TRYING TO MOVE YOU AROUND.ESPECIALLY

WHEN DRIVING ON CURVEY ROADS OR ROAD COURSES. ALSO THEY

OFFER MORE COMFORT OVER THE STOCK SEATS. ENJOY THE PIC'S !!!

They look GREAT, yours look like they fit better than some I have seen pictures of in the past. I wonder if it has to do with the shop that puts them in.

How tight is the leather in the back, I remember seeing pictures of wrinkle in the leather, it looked worse than a Seat Cover.

That was preventing me from even thinking of purchasing these, yours look fantastic, but the Pictures obvioulsy do not shwo the entire seat.

Does yours have any wrinkles, what do you think of the overall quality?

HI BILL,

THE BACKS OF THE SEATS ARE PERFECT. AS FOR WRINKLES I HAVE NONE THAT ARE

PROBLEMS OR THAT ARE ABNORMAL. THE INTERIOR COMPLETES THE CAR AND

IT DOES MATTER IN REGARDS TO FINDING A GOOD OR GREAT UPHOLSTERY SHOP.

The seats look great. Was this done at SAI in Vegas? Also, the 1st photo shows Shelby World Headquaters signage. Has SAI Vegas just added this new sign?

CLASSIC SOFT TOUCH IN LIVONIA MICHIGAN. THEY DO INSTALLS FOR

SHELBY , ROUSH AND OTHER CUSTOM CAR CO. ; LIKE THE NEW 2010

CAMARO SS CALLED THE NICKEY CAMARO FROM 60'S AND 70'S FAME.

AND AS FOR THE SHELBY SIGN IT WAS THERE WHEN I TOOK DELIVERY OF

MY GT/SC IN APRIL 09. THANKS AGAIN !!!

I am new to this forum. I am from Detroit Michigan and I saw you went to Classic soft touch in Livonia. Did they supply the seating or did you. Also, more importantly, I am planning on upgrading my 2008 Shelby gt to a GT/SC this fall, Is it worth it?

Well, I just dropped of my baby for the interior upgrade at Classic Soft Trim in Lewisville, TX. They called me back about an hour into the installation and told me they found some imperfections in the leather on one of the seats. Better done right than fast is what I say. I'm just worried about leaving her there for two days till the order comes in. I'll let you know how it turns out for you DFW folks that are thinking about the upgrade.

IT. WHAT COLOR COMBO DID YOU GO WITH ? BTW THEY HAD TO SEND

A NEW SETS OF UPPERS FOR BOTH OF MY SEATS DO TO THE LEATHER

BEING TO THIN AND WRINKLING ON THE TOP OF THE SIDE BOLSTERS.

Interior is done! Picked it up yesturday. The guys at Classic Soft Touch did a good job and wouldn't return the car to me until the job was done right. The first thing I noticed was the higher profile in the seat backs. It is snug and between the SC this past summer and the seats, I feel like I'm driving a race car on the streets. I'm still waiting for the center console and shift boot to come in. If you are thinking about this mod you won't regret it. The miles of smiles with this car is well worth it.
