I use the Motorola PR400's with fancy NASCAR headsets at work. They work awesome.

My company sells many brands of two-way radios. If price is not a concern, go with Motorola. Some other cheaper brands include Midland, Vertex, Kenwood, and Tait. For an all around excellent radio at an excellent price, I'd recommend Icom.
