I've been thinking about getting the Shelby Fuel Door. I really like the look, but I'm wondering how it installs. Snap-in? Drilling required? Glue?

If anyone has pictures of an install, I'd appreciate seeing them.

Also, the part is listed as fitting a 2007-2008 GT500. Any reason this would not work on an '09 KR?

Thanks!

You pop out the rubber stops and put the plastic spacers and nuts on the studs on the backside of the fuel door. Very simple install, If you want I'll take pictures of mine so you can see it.

If you get some time, that would be awesome. Did you have any problems getting it to sit flush with the body?

Very easy to install. No drilling required. I did have to work a little with the nylon spacer locations to get it to sit flush.
