Great shots. Did you go over to Grand Lake? The road near the bottom by Grand Lake was all torn up (gravel) the last time we went over there so I'm glad we didn't take the cars that time.

My wife and I took the Cobra on the Peak-to-Peak drive on Saturday-Lyons to Estes, then to Nederland, then to Black Hawk, Golden and back home. I forgot to post the pictures here. Will do some time soon.

I think leaf peeping was at the peak last weekend. Based on what we saw and these pictures, and today's rain, leaf peeping season is likely on the decline.

We did go to Grand Lake. The road was great except at the Grand Lake entrance where they take your tickets to Rocky Mountain National Park. There was a blue grass festival in Grand Lake and an art festival in Estes Park. There are not a lot of aspens on the route we took and they were just starting to turn. I did see your pictures and they were great. We met at the Loveland Outlets car show earlier this year. Steve

The Series one is my friends, sorry about the confusion. He has three other Shelbys. :happy feet: I am just a beginner compared to him.

We did exchange cars on the way back from Grand Lake. I thought both cars handled about the same. I think I have the advantage on acceleration but his car is much lighter. To bad Ford didn't make our bodies out of carbon fiber!
